Meadowcreek Association was established in the 1970’s and is comprised of five different subdivisions. Included in Meadowcreek, are Sections I, II, III, IV or Patio Homes and Section V. The Town Homes are also apart of this community.

There are 741 homes in this Southwest Houston Community, which are all located in the Fort Bend Independent School district. The schools that Meadowcreek is zoned to are Quail Valley Elementary, Quail Valley Middle School and Elkins High School. There are also other private educational facilities very close to the community.

Meadowcreek is a strong community with involved residents and lots of interaction among its residents. Meadowcreek is a deed enforcement community, which has continued to make the neighborhood increase in property value. By enforcing deed restrictions, the community is a desirable place to live.

The community also sponsors events for the residents including a Spring Splash Party, National Night Out, and Holiday Decorating Contest.
